BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ U.S. Geothermal Inc. (HTM) on Thursday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $260,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Boise, Idaho-based company said it had a loss of 2 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for pretax expenses and non-recurring costs, were 13 cents per share.
The renewable energy exploration company posted revenue of $10.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $2.3 million, or 12 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $32.1 million.
U.S. Geothermal shares have climbed 55 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 28 percent in the last 12 months.
