U.N. human rights forum reforms should include 'disproportionate focus' on Israel -State Dept

WASHINGTON, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Reforms that would address theU.N. Human Rights Council's "disproportionate focus" on Israelare among changes the United States wants to see, StateDepartment spokesman Ned Price said on Monday.
