UGI: Fiscal 4Q Earnings Snapshot

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (AP) _ UGI Corp. (UGI) on Monday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $24.4 million.

On a per-share basis, the King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 14 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 9 cents per share.

The natural gas and electric utilities operator. posted revenue of $1.27 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $718.7 million, or $4.06 per share. Revenue was reported as $7.65 billion.

UGI expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.75 to $2.95 per share.

UGI shares have increased 20 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $56.51, an increase of 18 percent in the last 12 months.
