UiPath Establishes Japan Entity, Further Expanding Presence in Asia

Establishment of Japan entity expands opportunity for UiPath to deliver Robotic Process Automation services in one of the world's most developed robotics markets

UiPath, the worldwide leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) vendor, announced today that it is opening a Japan subsidiary, UiPath K.K., in Tokyo. UiPath is the first leading global RPA vendor to establish a legal entity in Japan.

The company's expansion in Japan will strengthen its existing relationships with key clients in financial services and other sectors, as well as expanding partnerships with global consulting firms and Japanese system integrators to explore new business opportunities. With an initial capitalization of ¥30 million, the new office will allow UiPath to build on an already strong regional platform in Asia.
