Ivan Fedorov, the mayor of Melitopol, published an algorithm to be used by the Ukrainian army during the liberation of the territories captured by the Russians.

Details: According to Fedorov, "for the third night in a row, the invaders have not enjoyed a quiet life," and the Ukrainian authorities have already developed instructions for the period of liberation of the occupied territories.

13 actions are supposed to help residents stay safe during liberation.

According to Fedorov, people should avoid crowded places.

They are also advised to stay as far away as possible from especially dangerous places where Russians often keep their military equipment, such as industrial sites, junkyards and railway tracks.
