Unai Emery unconcerned by Eddie Nketiah's lack of game time at Leeds United

Unai Emery is not worried that Eddie Nketiah will miss out on Arsenal's youthful revolution. The Spaniard has given youth a chance this term, with Reiss Nelson, Joe Willock, Bukayo Sako and Ainsley Maitland-Niles all legitimate options to start at Sheffield United on Monday.

Nketiah has found first team action difficult to come by, even though he has dropped down a division to spend time on loan at Leeds United.

Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa has not picked the 20-year-old striker, who scored a hat-trick for England's Under-21 side during the international break, to start a single Championship match so far.

Emery made it clear he did not intend to contact Bielsa to find out why. "Now is not the moment," he said. "First I respect his coach and his decision. And I think he is going to play more, because he is going to deserve it."

Emery declared he was looking forward to pitting his wits against Chris Wilder, the current League Managers Association manager of the year.

Wilder has led Sheffield United to two promotions in three seasons and Emery viewed him as the latest addition to a growing band of home-grown coaches who are excelling in the top flight.

"He had a big history and experience as a player in England and now as a coach," he said. "There are lot of young English coaches with big reputations. I think now the quality of English coaches is great."

Sheffield Unitedhave made an excellent start to life back in the Premier League, having lost that status in 2007. They did, however, beat Arsene Wenger's Arsenal at Bramall Lane that season, when Christian Nade scored the only goal of the day.

"They have come back with a big motivation," said Emery, who has promised Mesut Ozil more game time now his performances have improved in training.

"They are playing in the same away as they played in the Championship - with a big confidence, good players, and an offensive style. They are defensively strong too. We are analysing how from the beginning to use the best gameplan and impose that gameplan. But it’s going to be difficult."
