Dr. George Green, CEO of UDHI stated: "I have realized for many years this is a problem in dental offices and I am extremely excited about this product being test marketed in Florida by Henry Schein. While Union Dental holds the exclusive rights from Drinkable Air to market the Chameleon product line to dentists; we believe that Henry Schein can sell the Chameleon 8 line more efficiently and effectively to this market. With Henry Schein salespeople already calling on dentists regularly, receiving an override will be more profitable to our bottom line. We also deal with salespeople from many dental product suppliers and feel giving exclusive rights to Henry Schein in Florida to test the market before a potential nationwide roll out we have the best and most professional company representing this product.
Mr. Steve Kairis, President and CEO of Drinkable Air, Inc was involved in the transfer of these rights agreed by saying, "Drinkable Air is honored to have our Chameleon 8 line represented by such a quality company as Henry Schein Dental. While we were pleased with Dr. Green and Union Dental's progress in the dental market, it is exciting to know that salespeople who are in dentist offices everyday can present the benefits of our products to dentists. Also since all of our new patent pending equipment in Joint Venture with Union Dental have been designed and tested on Henry Schein's water delivery system, it seems a natural for future growth."
