Union Dental/Drinkable JV Updates Shareholders on Its Marketing and Manufacturing of the "Green Ozonator"

CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - June 17, 2014) - Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (UDHI) http://www.uniondental.com/ir, a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members, announced today that the progression for the development of the "Green Ozonator" by its Joint Venture with Drinkable Air to be used in dental offices is completed and the working prototypes have been delivered to the corporate offices in Coral Springs.

The JV has made major changes in the product design including lights, water pump, compressor and electrical circuit boards where the unit will operate on 115 volts and with a small adjustment can change it to 220 volts so it can be used throughout the world. This is all in preparation to market the product in foreign countries and submit it to the Florida ADA with hopes of having it mandated throughout the State as a starting point.

Dr. George Green, President and CEO, stated: "I am very glad to have come this far so quickly and as I have stated many times before mandating this product would benefit all dental patients in the State of Florida to start. Our intent and goal obviously would be to have the product used on a worldwide basis."

Steve Kairis, CEO of Drinkable Air commented: "The world is running out of drinking water and water to be used at dental facilities at an alarming pace and we would like to be the company that has its finger in the dyke to stop the spreading of disinfected water. We have recently entered into a lot of distribution agreements with our Chameleon 8 drinking machine and now we would like to focus on the "Green Ozonator" to level out production, ordering supplies and get distribution equalized in our current markets as we continue to expand into other cities and countries."

About Drinkable-Air, Inc.

Drinkable Air, Inc. (a Florida corporation) ("DA" or "The Company") offers to the U.S. and international markets atmospheric water generators ("AWG") which will enable people to enjoy pure, 99.9% clean water. The water supply is obtained from the humidity in the air and condensed, processed and purified through a patented process. Drinkable Air's Chameleon line of AWG's is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution to the world's ever-growing need for pure, clean drinking water. The Chameleon line consists of twelve models which are described in detail in the business plan and on our website. For the first 3 years, the Company will focus on selling six models, i.e. Chameleon 8, 60, AC-60, 600, AC-600, 1200 and the "Green Ozonator". The Company's new home/office model is revolutionary in design and unlike other machines currently in the market. Superior air flow design combined with a larger surface area at the evaporator coil; produce more water than any other AWG of comparable size. The Company's proprietary EnviroGuard System eliminates bacteria and purifies the water with an ozone process which oxygenates the water. This process keeps the water pure, fresh and great tasting at all times.

The market opportunity is vast and includes utilization in: Residential, Businesses , Commercial, Marina's, Municipalities, Industrial, Government, Equine Health Care, Humanitarian Relief and Developing Countries.

The reason for this expansive market opportunity is based on the fact that only 1% of all the water in the world is drinkable. As our world population increases dramatically along with the need for water consumption this technology will be pulled into all these markets to satisfy this demand. All traditional sources of obtaining clean fresh drinking water will be exhausted and AWG's in general will realize a substantial increase in utilization and popularity. The capacity of this technology to generate drinking water from air will create a point of differentiation that will serve all the indicated markets above.
