WARREN, Mich. (AP) _ Universal Truckload Services Inc. (ULH) on Thursday reported first-quarter earnings of $12.2 million.
The Warren, Michigan-based company said it had net income of 45 cents per share.
The trucking and logistics company posted revenue of $382.2 million in the period.
Universal Truckload shares have dropped 27% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $13.93, a decline of 41% in the last 12 months.
