Hugo Penfold, a 21-year-old former student at the University of Lincoln in the United Kingdom, has been accused of two counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault. Before one of the incidents, in which he allegedly groped one woman’s νagina, he allegedly told his accuser, “In the words of Donald Trump, grab her by the pussγ,” according to Lincolnshire Live.

According to the paper, the victim told the court, “He touched me on the outside of my clothes. He found it funny. I said that it wasn’t funny and asked him to leave.”

According to the (U.K.) Telegraph, the female student, who was 18 at the time, said that she was “very clearly not consenting” when he began to have sex with her, that she had repeatedly rejected Penfold’s advances, and, at one point, reported him to university authorities.

In a statement to the police, according to the Telegraph, the woman said, “He has been sexually assaulting me, light touch, since November [2016] and probably before that. I would tell him that it was sexual assault and I would report him.”

On the day the alleged rape occurred, The Telegraph wrote that the woman said Penfold had messaged her if he could visit, and she agreed. After returning home from a night out with friends, the woman and Penfold were watching Netflix when he told her to take off her jeans to feel more comfortable, she said. Later in the night, he climbed on top of her and raped her as she begged him to stop.

She said she later sent him a message that read, “You knew how drunk I was. You knew I said No,” and he replied that he was “really sorry.”

Penfold is also accused of raping another female student, the Telegraph reports, who had been on a night out beforehand; Penfold has said that all the sexual contact with both women accusing him of rape was consensual.

In 2005, Trump was recorded in a conversation with Access Hollywood’s then-host Billy Bush, stating, “When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the pussγ. You can do anything.

Trump has been accused of sexual misconduct by 19 women.
