Univision in talks with investor group for possible sale- WSJ

Feb 14 (Reuters) - Spanish-language broadcaster Univision Communications Inc is in sale talks with a consortium of investors, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday citing people familiar with the matter.

The consortium is led by former Viacom Chief Finiancial Officer Wade Davis and investment company Searchlight Capital Partners, the report said. (https://on.wsj.com/2OUZbc0)

Univision has been seeking a price of about $10 billion, including debt, the report added.

Earlier in 2019, the company said that it is exploring a possible sale and had hired advisers.
