US dollar, bonds and tech stocks sink

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are sideways to down at the midday mark, with the tech (XLK) and utilities (XLU) sectors the most in the red, and energy (XLE) and financials (XLF) the most in the green.
