BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ US Ecology Inc. (ECOL) on Thursday reported second-quarter profit of $13.2 million.
The Boise, Idaho-based company said it had net income of 60 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 61 cents per share.
The radioactive and hazardous waste services company posted revenue of $136.9 million in the period.
US Ecology expects full-year earnings to be $2.15 to $2.34 per share.
US Ecology shares have risen 38 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $70.35, a climb of 37 percent in the last 12 months.
