Vallourec successfully prices offering of €400 million senior notes due 2023

Boulogne-Billancourt (France), 12 April 2018 - Vallourec S.A. (the "Company") announces today that it has priced the offering of €400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2023 at a coupon of 6.375% per annum. The offering was upsized from the €300,000,000 amount announced on April 9. The issuance of the notes, which is subject to customary conditions, is expected to close on 19 April 2018.

The proceeds from the offering are expected to be used (i) together with cash on hand, to refinance Vallourec`s outstanding bonds due August 2019 by redeeming them when they mature and (ii) to pay certain fees and expenses. Until then, Vallourec will retain such proceeds in its general corporate treasury account and reduce existing and future short-term borrowings.
