UAV Tech Frontrunner Vertitek Enhances Valmie's Position in $98 Billion Drone Market

(VMRI) continues to demonstrate a commitment to growth through its acquisition of Vertitek Inc., a privately held tech frontrunner in the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) sector. With this acquisition, Valmie obtains rights to Vertitek's entire portfolio of investigational next generation UAV designs and autonomous flight controllers, including the V-1 Drone, which is currently being tested and prepared for its maiden flight.
