President Bob Thompson of Resource Ventures, Inc. and President and CEO Jamison Slough of Next Space Solutions LLC. (NSS) are nearing the final phase of research for a strategic partner with experience in Solar Power technical consulting as well as management support services. The targeted strategic partner will be a US based Fortune 500 company, fully accredited as an Energy Service company with a history of success in California designing and building reliable, efficient, and cost effective solar projects.
Upon announcing the strategic partner, Global Energy Management Ltd and Next Space Solutions LLC will proceed with the design team to ensure the 40 acre site project complies with all permitting requirements including completion of the initial study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and various permits for the county.
To date, the completed items are as follows: 1) Notice of Award. 2) Signed Letter of Intent. 3) Topographic report received. The items scheduled for completion with the strategic partner are: 1) Geotechnical Survey, estimated for completion mid-June. 2) CEQA permitting, estimated to be completed within 6 months.
