(TSX VENTURE:VRS)(VRSEF)(V3T.F) (the "Company" or "Verisante"), a leader in cancer detection technology, announced today that the Company has amended its exclusive agreement with bo pharma BV to distribute Verisante Aura™ in the Nordic countries of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland; in addition to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg ("Benelux").

Last year, Aura™ received the Conformite Europeenne (CE) Mark approval, which is recognized by all the 27 Member States of the EU, including Sweden, Denmark and Finland, which, along with Norway and Iceland (who, while not members of the EU, are European Economic Area signatories and accept the CE Mark), have a total population of over 25 million people, and approximately 1,000 dermatologists serving the region.

Aura™ is a non-invasive optical system that uses Raman spectroscopy to biochemically analyze the skin, providing immediate and accurate results. The device will help to automate the current process of diagnosis, allowing rapid scanning of the 20 to 40 skin lesions on at-risk individuals, improving patient outcomes and comfort.
