Margins widened 2.4 percentage points to 48.1% on lower product costs and higher-margin goods. Sales rose 2% to $2.58 bil, under estimates. VF Corp. (VFC) raised its full-year EPS outlook to $10.75 from $10.70. Analysts are expecting $10.80. Shares fell 2.2% to 174.82.
