The Brooklyn, Ohio-based company said it had net income of 26 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and stock option expense, came to 41 cents per share.
The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 40 cents per share.
