BROOKLYN, Ohio (AP) _ Victory Capital Holdings Inc. (VCTR) on Monday reported third-quarter profit of $26 million.
On a per-share basis, the Brooklyn, Ohio-based company said it had net income of 35 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 91 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 89 cents per share.
The investment management firm posted revenue of $215 million in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $219.8 million.
Victory Capital shares have risen 54% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $15.72, a rise of 98% in the last 12 months.
