In this executive role, Nelson will strengthen the VoloMetrix sales team and build upon the company's strong pipeline of customers. Nelson has a proven industry track record as a leader at several successful start-up companies and also as a sales executive at one of the world's largest software companies, Oracle.

Nelson spent the last decade working in various leadership roles for three successful start-up companies. He was CEO and President of Plaingood Software for five years and he also served as an advisor for Seattle start-ups Third Defense and Purehome.com. Earlier in his career, he worked at Oracle and held the position of Vice President of Sales at the end of his 11 year tenure with the company. Nelson was also Executive Vice President of Sales at Primus Corporation and Vice President of Sales at Pacific Edge Software. He holds a business degree from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.
