The polls are open!
It's time to vote for the Volusia-Flagler-St. Johns Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 22-27. All in-season sports will be eligible.
The News-Journal and Record gather nominees from scores and stats e-mailed to the sports desk during the week by coaches across the area. Coaches can email nominees to sports@news-jrnl.com.
Voting begins each Monday and closes at 10 a.m. Thursday. Votes are restricted to once per device per hour.

Soccer
Jordan Follenweider, Bartram Trail: Notched a first-half trick and added an assist as Bartram Trail thrashed Atlantic Coast 8-0.
Amaya Logan, Creekside: Junior keeper helped the Knights maintain a fifth consecutive clean sheet in a 2-0 victory over Fletcher with three saves.
Schmidt Joseph, Flagler Palm Coast: Air Force commit took five shots and scored his second hat trick of the season in a 5-0 win over Menendez.
Basketball
Janiyah Jackson, St. Augustine: The senior recorded 41 points, 33 rebounds and 7 blocks in two non-district wins as the Yellow Jackets improved to 5-0 on season.
Alana Francis, Father Lopez: Francis had 17 points and 7 rebounds in the Green Wave’s 42-14 win over Matanzas.
Dyllan Hanna, Bartram Trail: The senior FAU commit totaled 23 points and 27 rebounds in two games for the Bears last week.
Mary Grace Walters, Creekside: Walters put up 25 points, four steals and dropped six three-pointers in a loss to Holy Spirit Prep.
Kelly Cramer, St. Joseph’s Academy: The sophomore recorded 36 points, 13 rebounds and 7 steals in the Flashes 56-35 win over Baker County.
