ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ Voxx International Corp. (VOXX) on Tuesday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $36.6 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Orlando, Florida-based company said it had a loss of $1.50 per share. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 82 cents per share.

The consumer electronics maker posted revenue of $107.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $46.1 million, or $1.89 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $446.8 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit $4. A year ago, they were trading at $5.40.
