CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voyageur Minerals Ltd. (VM.V) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to extend the expiry date of 6,304,210 outstanding share purchase warrants ("Warrants") that are exercisable for common shares of the Company at $0.18 and $0.20. The Warrants were issued as part of the private placement which closed on March 2, 2017. The Warrants currently expire on March 2, 2019 and the Company intends to extend the expiry date to March 2, 2020. All other terms of the Warrants shall remain unchanged. The proposed Warrant extension is conditional upon receiving approval from the Exchange.
