VWR Corporation to Report Third Quarter 2017 Results on November 7, 2017
RADNOR, Pa., October 26, 2017 -- VWR Corporation (VWR), the leading global independent provider of product and service solutions to laboratory and production customers, today announced that it will release its third quarter 2017 financial results on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, before the market opens.
Previously, VWR announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement with Avantor, under which Avantor will acquire VWR for $33.25 per share in cash. In light of this agreement, VWR will not hold an investor conference call on third quarter 2017 results.
