Meghan Markle's baby shower just went down in NYC and reportedly cost $200k.
Kate Middleton wasn't in attendance, despite being Meghan's sister-in-law.
Meghan is speculated to be having another shower in England, which Kate will presumably attend.
Meghan Markle took some time out of her busy schedule of being a casual royal to enjoy what looked like the fanciest baby shower E-V-E-R in New York City yesterday-and the guest list was stacked. Not only did Meghan's best and closest friends show up (like her stylist Jessica Mulroney!), people like Serena Williams and Amal Clooney were in attendance. No bigs!
So, where was Kate Middleton, you ask? The Duchess was reportedly enjoying a ski vacation with Prince William and their three kids because it's a school holiday in England this week.
And before you accidentally morph into a ~royal feud~ conspiracy theorist, this fully isn't a snub! Yes, Kate probably could have found time to attend the shower, but Meghan is reportedly having yet another event in England-which Kate will doubtless be at. Plus,keep in mind that Kate wasn't the only person to skip Meghan's NYC event-Priyanka Chopra wasn't in attendance, and neither was Meg's mom Doria!
