Watch This BMW E46 Absolutely Fly Through a Hillclimb In the Middle of a Town
Racing doesn't often happen in the middle of town. It's in some far-off rural place in the middle of the forest, up a mountain, or at a track someplace hours away from the suburbs. That's not the case with this hillclimb.
The Wadi Chahrour Hillclimb takes place in the middle of a town in Lebanon southeast of Beirut. It was held this past weekend, and this particular BMW E46 3-Series was the star of the show.
The car, fielded by Motortune Racing and driven by Michel Feghali, is a 330i that's been heavily modified to compete in the event's rear-wheel drive class. It looks right at home squeezing through narrow alleys and hairpin turns, getting sideways at every opportunity. Oh, and it also sounds great. Biser3aTV on YouTube got a bunch of great footage of Fegahali going 10/10ths, both from inside the cabin and out.
