Water Technologies International Attends the Inter-American Development Banking Conference in Fast Growing Panama City, Panama

GR8 Water Introduced Its Product Line to Investment Bankers and Industrial Developers While at the Sustainable and Inclusive Development Conference

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 18, 2013) - Water Technologies International, Inc. (OTC Pink: WTII) announced today that after attending the Inter-American Development Banking Conference in Panama City, Panama, the Company intends to pursue distribution and sales opportunities of its Atmospheric Water Generators in Panama. This conference was attended by the top investment banking firms from all over the world.

Panama is one of the fastest growing countries in Central America with a GDP averaging over 9% per year for the last six years, according to the Economist online in November 2012. Panama has a lack of clean water that could hold back industrial and real estate development projects. Atmospheric Water Generators and filtration products are being looked at as a leading solution by Governments and industries that need clean water to grow. There is a global initiative to build more affordable housing and one significant challenge to this goal is the availability of clean drinking water.

Water Technologies Inc.'s CEO, William Scott Tudor, said, "The conference was a success for the Company. We had the chance to meet with international investment bankers and private investment firms and present Water Technologies' product line and vision for growth in countries like Panama. Emerging growth countries worldwide have exciting opportunities that require adequate water supplies to move real estate and industrial projects forward. The use of AWGs to fulfill the need for clean drinking water is now taking hold for use in the real estate development industry."
