On a per-share basis, the Pittsburgh-based company said it had profit of $1.26.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of $1.26 per share.
The maker of electrical and industrial maintenance supplies and construction materials posted revenue of $2.01 billion in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Eight analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $2.06 billion.
For the year, the company reported profit of $227.4 million, or $4.82 per share. Revenue was reported as $8.18 billion.
Wesco International shares have increased 13 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 20 percent in the last 12 months.
