THE WOODLANDS, Texas (AP) _ Western Midstream Partners, LP (WES) on Tuesday reported second-quarter profit of $169.4 million.
On a per-share basis, the The Woodlands, Texas-based company said it had net income of 37 cents.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 64 cents per share.
The oil and gas transportation and storage company posted revenue of $685.1 million in the period.
Western Midstream shares have increased 10% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $30.50, a decrease of 19% in the last 12 months.
