Westlake Chemical (WLK) said Q2 earnings rose 16% to $1.26 and revenue rose 6.3% to $998.6 mil. Both figures undershot Wall Street targets for $1.44 EPS on $1.06 bil revenue. Shares fell 4.2% to 85.53.
