ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) _ WideOpenWest Inc. (WOW) on Monday reported first-quarter profit of $100,000.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company said it had net income of less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.
The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 9 cents per share.
The cable TV company posted revenue of $284.5 million in the period, beating Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $284.2 million.
WideOpenWest shares have fallen 26% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $5.48, a drop of 32% in the last 12 months.
