NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) _ William Lyon Homes (WLH) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter profit of $34.3 million.
On a per-share basis, the Newport Beach, California-based company said it had net income of 89 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 91 cents per share.
The homebuilder posted revenue of $659.6 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $91.6 million, or $2.32 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.09 billion.
William Lyon shares have risen 34 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 41 percent in the last 12 months.
