TUCKER, Ga. (AP) _ Williams Industrial Services Group Inc. (WLMS) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $2 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Tucker, Georgia-based company said it had profit of 11 cents. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were 7 cents per share.
The provider of services and products for the energy industry posted revenue of $71.5 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $2.05. A year ago, they were trading at $2.40.
