Wix Answers Now Available in the AWS Activate Console

·3 min read

Wix Answers, the first customer support platform with all channels built-in, announced today that it is featured in the new Amazon Web Services (AWS) Activate Console Exclusive Offers program. This means that startups building on AWS can now access customized, discounted offers on all the components of a unified customer support platform -- including knowledge management, a ticketing system, call center, live chat, in-product help widgets, and actionable insights -- directly through the AWS Activate Console.

Wix Answers was developed in-house for Wix.com as the company was rapidly scaling to service millions of users. Seeing there were no existing solutions in the market that could provide a 360 degree customer view with connection to the user voice from day one - Wix made a decision to develop a platform in-house. Today, Wix Answers supports Wix with over 180 million users in 17 languages with a huge emphasis on personalized and contextual support, featuring self-service and AI at its core. Wix Answers launched to the public after many businesses, from startup to enterprise-sized, were echoing similar challenges when it came to running, scaling, and self-servicing their customers. Inclusion in the Activate Console Exclusive Offers program recognizes the Wix Answers customer support platform as a solution that is important to the growth of the startups building and scaling their companies on AWS. The offer is available to startups globally.

"Wix Answers is excited to be featured in the AWS Activate Console," said Naomi Rozenfeld, Executive VP, Revenue for Wix Answers. "Much like AWS, our team is dedicated to supporting startups so that they can succeed at every stage of their customer experience journey."

The AWS Activate program provides startups with free credits, training, and technical resources to help them accelerate their growth and development as they build their businesses. From the Activate Console, startups can take advantage of everything AWS has to offer, as well as exclusive discounts, credits, free trials, mentorship opportunities, educational content, and other perks from vetted and approved software vendors such as Wix Answers. Startups can join Activate at https://aws.amazon.com/activate/.

Wix Answers gives a 360-degree view of a customer’s support journey, unifying interactions from all available touchpoints, including calls, emails, live chat, social media and knowledge base, as well as third-party platforms like Salesforce and Jira. All data is presented chronologically in a single-view, which empowers startups to serve customers in a more cost-effective way.

"Wix Answers gave us the ability to create a help center exactly the way we wanted in a short time frame with zero development, minimal effort and in multiple languages."
