MIAMI BEACH, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 28, 2020 / As a new year rises on the horizon, many people have already begun to plan their New Year's Resolution to improve themselves. The most common resolution is about fitness. However, as the pandemic continues to loom over our heads, several fitness centers continue to take precautions and have taken the online platform to continue their business. Wladimir Salas of Wlaminca Fitness is among the many who have decided to adapt to the times.
Wladimir Salas is a Miami Beach resident who was initially born in Venezuela. Before running a personal training company, Salas worked for a company that lacked values and customer service. His hands were always tied, as he often tried to help his clients with their complaints. It was an endless cycle, and eventually, Salas was propelled into a game plan of his own.
When the time came, Wladimir Salas took a leap of faith and made it happen. He finally built a company called Wlaminca Fitness. There, Salas could train his clients how he wanted and whenever he wanted while giving them the customer service that they deserve in a way that the big box gyms couldn't.
Despite having started his own training company, Salas has been furthering his education as a fitness professional for the past six years. He studied with organizations like Onnit Academy, Precision Nutrition, and the National Council of Strength & Fitness. Since then, Salas has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals over his short career.
Wladimir Salas fell in love with functional training and the idea to move the body the way it's supposed to move without any pain or limitations, which he strives for with all of his clients no matter the level of their fitness goals. Salas was inspired when he realized that people started their fitness journey without any professional guidance and doing things independently, often leading to many pains and injuries in the body. The vicious cycle would begin with pain, and Salas seeks to provide all of his clients with a pain-free life.
By creating a program with joint mobility and functional training, Salas hopes to break limiting beliefs like thinking they won't be able to squat anymore or drop into a lunge. He believes that living a life with pain affects a person's mood and how they view things. With effective programs to get rid of pain, Wlaminca Fitness is creating a whole switch of a lifestyle, not just in the gym but outside the gym.
Wladimir Salas acquired multiple certifications, giving him the knowledge and experience to stand out from other training companies. However, a unique feature Salas brings to the industry is the simplicity and consistency of his company. He never cancels a session and is renowned for giving his 100% on each session.
When the pandemic rolled in, and people were forced to stay home without any equipment, Salas turned his car into a mobile gym. He loaded his car with equipment and visited his clients' houses to give them an efficient workout. For his more vulnerable clients, he went out of his way to look for equipment and had it delivered or shipped to them to work out efficiently via Facetime.
As Wlaminca Fitness continues its meteoric rise, Salas foresees expanding his online training clients, turning the hundreds into thousands. By creating a duplicatable system, he can plug trainers in and set them up for success.
