WorkForce Software Appoints Seasoned Executive Michael Jepsen as Senior Vice President of Sales

Jepsen to Leverage 25 Years of Business and Leadership Expertise in New Role

LIVONIA, MI--(Marketwired - Jul 9, 2014) - WorkForce Software, a leading provider of workforce management solutions, today announced that is has welcomed Michael Jepsen as its new senior vice president of Sales. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing WorkForce Software's global sales, sales support and business development activities to help the company grow market awareness of its industry-leading EmpCenter® suite of workforce management solutions.

Jepsen comes to WorkForce Software with an extensive, 25-year background in leading sales for innovative, global software companies. Prior to joining the company, he spent eight years with Oracle, where he served as area vice president of HCM Application Sales. Earlier in his career, he held various managerial and executive leadership positions, including senior vice president of Worldwide Sales for Plateau Systems, vice president of Worldwide Sales with Vastera, Inc. and director of Worldwide Software Sales Operations with IBM.

In addition to his professional experience, Jepsen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University as well as a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
