CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Jun 10, 2013) - xkzero, the Chicago-based Sage developer, today announced a software development partnership with Echo Global Logistics, Inc. (
The new solution, called xkzero Transportation Management by Echo, will provide a complete software and managed services solution natively integrated into Sage ERP systems. The program will allow users to shop for the best less-than-truckload (LTL) options directly from within the Sage ERP quote/order entry, then book the shipment when ready. The solution is available for Sage 100 ERP now, and versions for Sage 500 ERP and Sage ERP X3 are planned for later 2013 release.
"Our new partnership with xkzero will help companies make transportation management less complicated for SAGE customers," said Douglas R. Waggoner, Chief Executive Officer of Echo Global Logistics.
