SCHIPHOL, Netherlands (AP) _ Yandex NV (YNDX) on Thursday reported first-quarter net income of $54.4 million.
On a per-share basis, the Schiphol, Netherlands-based company said it had net income of 16 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 27 cents per share.
The Russian search engine posted revenue of $576 million in the period.
Yandex shares have climbed 38 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 12 percent in the last 12 months.
