The online business and software-industry visionary joins the company following his role as CEO of SugarSync. As CEO of Zetta.net, Grossman will help usher the company to new levels of growth and international expansion. Grossman succeeds Ali Jenab who will remain Zetta.net's Chairman of the Board.

Under Jenab's guidance, the company has also been awarded volumes of industry awards and accolades. His expertise will remain with the company as he continues in the role of Chairman of the Board.

He has also served as CEO for Attributor, Tempo Payments and LiveCapital and has held executive and leadership positions with Intuit and McKinsey & Company. Grossman received a degree in economics and a law degree from Harvard University.
