While cask ale is something of a niche market for American craft brewing, it has long been the go-to for discerning British beer drinkers. Every year, a voluntary consumer group called the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) organizes the Great British Beer Festival in London, a veritable haven for cask ale enthusiasts.
