The Masai Mara, often spelled Maasai Mara, is the theatre for one of the greatest animal migrations on the planet. The Masai Mara Game Reserve, contiguous with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, is one of Africa's largest wildlife refuges. It is frequented by wildlife enthusiasts and photographers keen to observe Africa's Big 5 -- Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Cape Buffalo -- in their natural environs.
