The investment seeks to maximize long-term capital growth by investing primarily in equity securities in developed markets outside the U.S. The fund's assets are invested primarily in equity securities of companies from developed countries other than the U.S. Its assets also may be invested, to a limited extent, in equity securities of companies from emerging markets. The fund will invest in securities across all market capitalizations, although it may invest a significant portion of its assets in companies of any one particular market capitalization category.
