NPR was established on Nov. 7, 2012, based on the Act on Investment Trust and Investment Corporation (investment trust law) and was listed on the REIT Securities Market (J-REIT Market) of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (“TSE”) on Feb. 14, 2013 (securities code: 3283). NPR is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in logistics real estate with the sponsorship of the Prologis Group(*1), the global leader in logistics real estate. NPR focuses on investing in logistics facilities, targeting high-quality, Class-A properties that meet the demands of tenant logistics companies and other users with respect to operational efficiency, and which fulfill certain size, location, equipment, convenience and safety criteria.
