Bank of China Q3 earnings...

Revenue: CN¥121.1b (up 7.3% from 3Q 2020).
Net income: CN¥50.7b (up 13% from 3Q 2020).
Profit margin: 42% (up from 40% in 3Q 2020). The increase in margin was driven by higher revenue

Received my christmas bonus yesterday and bought extra BOC stock. Wished I bought more earlier, but average price now at 2.80 plus the dividends. Way to cheap considering the 8% and big potial upside

Any thoughts on why this is dropping so much lately? Is it just the ex div? If so when can we expect a recovery or advancement higher in price?

Entered at 2.59 HKD while acknowledging a downside towards the ~ 2.00 HKD level.
RSI is hovering around financial crisis levels, money flow has a small uptick.. however the macd has not shown a buy signal. The earnings look relatively solid and knowing China is recovering best, I like to have exposure to China. My target price for Bank of China is 4.50 HKD.
- This is purely my opinion. Hope this thought helps some of you guys out.

Bank of China released earnings,

The company reported a strong second quarter result with improved earnings, revenues and profit margins.

Second quarter 2021 results:
Revenue: CN¥124.5b (up 19% from 2Q 2020).
Net income: CN¥51.2b (up 26% from 2Q 2020).
Profit margin: 41% (up from 39% in 2Q 2020). The increase in margin was driven by higher revenue.

Hopefully the stock price will get higer from now on!

I think this stock is massively undervalued, divident yield of 7,2% / Perfect Balance sheet and already been hit the last couple of years and this corona crisis, unless china has a massive economical crash within the next few years. This stock can easily go onwards to 4,00...

First impuls up. Hope this is a new beginning of an uptrend. Fundamentally China is recovering faster than other regions and that should benefit Bank of China as well. This could be a cyclical play.

Bought in today, i didnt want more stocks as i already have enough companies but for the fourth largest bank globally a pe of 3 is too good
