IR Resources Limited, an investment holding company, primarily engages in forestry and agricultural, and resources and logistics businesses in Cambodia, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. The company operates through three segments: Forestry and Agricultural, Resources and Logistics, and Financial Services. It is involved in timber logging, as well as the plantation and sale of wood and agricultural products; and wood processing activities. The company also develops rubber plantation for latex production; and trades in timber log, furniture, and coal, as well as offers loan financing and logistics services. It owns three forests measuring 31,000 hectares in Kratie province. The company was formerly known as China Asean Resources Limited and changed its name to IR Resources Limited in August 2015. IR Resources Limited is headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
