In conjunction with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call which will be broadcast live over the Internet on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 10:30AM Eastern time.

He will replace Neal Fuller whose planned retirement was announced in late 2021. Mr. Fuller will remain with the Company for a period of time to assist in the transition.
