My coworker owns 7000 shares of this stock, is this a good investment???

Melsert should show the equipments inside the building for installation very soon if not give us info when it will be installed. I hope no delay of equipment orders so the process can start in the very near future. I hope also that funds or money is not a problem to buy this equipments and the phase-2 building completion.
M
So there you have it, then. Looks like work has stopped. Equipment is demobilized. The construction trailer is still there, but no sign of anything else. No change to interior improvements in building one in a month. No equipment, mezzanine, nothing. Building two is a slab on grade w no forms for walls or any activity that looks like they're getting to make any anytime soon.
It might have been better to not post this update at all, Tiff Myth.

I don't know why they hired Tiff. They don't put out any PRs. I'm sure she only communicates what she is told but if you don't communicate then why pay somebody.

Never forget that, per Bogus (never has there been so appropriate a handle) 11 months ago:
Under the "investors" tab on the web site is a page called "Board Candidates." Under their interesting headshots is this anticipation:
"American Battery Technology Company has announced a slate of four new director candidates, Elizabeth Lowery, Sherif Marakby, Rick Fezell, and Julie Blunden, for the company’s upcoming fiscal year 2022 annual meeting of shareholders."
The upcoming 2022 shareholders meeting first promised in September 2021. The meeting that will never happen.

Whatever. What will the news of next week be? A new hire? A new paperweight for Ryan? Better hope the news will be something, anything, related to three-vertical progress. There's been precisely zero on that all year. All you get are videos by Tiff Myth and the last one plus the stills showing everything pretty much standing still isn't confidence inspiring.
Can't say there's a ton going on behind the scenes when they pull back the curtain and show you that ... there isn't anything going on behind the scenes.
Where's the beef, Ryan.

10-Q doesn't look bad. Cash on hand is solid. There is no lease reported for Tonopah so hard to say f anything is going on down there. Accounted for about 65K in exploration expense which isn't a ton of money, even w the percentage match. Not much in the way of material description of progress and plans, which may or may not be meaningful. Would have moved the PPS if they gave strong updates in this space, but not doing that probably won't erode a ton of value.
Proof will be what's going inside that building. Seeing that there will be black mass produced in July they will be moving super-fast getting that line up and running.

Any updated videos of phase-2 building anyone? Also the pilot plant if equipments are installed by any chance. Thanks.
D
Why don't abtc do a video of the companies daily activities to show investors that the millions and millions of dollars in wages and the millions and millions of free shares awarded are beneficial for shareholders in this pre revenue company.

Once the Pilot plant is up and running producing Black Mass, Expect multiple 200,000 metric ton plants to be built at the same time. Black Mass will be produced around July or August 2022 per Ryan Melsert. When this happens , with current commodity prices our share price should be north of 10.00 a share. I've seen spreadsheets at current levels that suggest $20-$30 a share. I'm very excited about the company. Full discloser: I own Millions of shares, and couldn't be more confident on what's to come.

In the article "Why Did Solyndra Fail So Spectacularly?" TechCrunch author Sarah Perez observes:
But Solyndra’s failure on its own is not remarkable. There are always risks involved when you’re introducing innovation into a commoditized market. The bigger, and still unanswered, question is why did it take this much capital before it failed, given the warning signs?
