This is an incredible company. Great leadership. Growth. This is an tremendous example of a company that knows what they are doing !! Incredible they have raised the dividend every quarter since I have owned this stock.

Another great quarter, bolstered by yet another increase in the dividend. With a current dividend return of 7.7% I’m looking at a total compound annual return of 20%%+ for the next several years.

One thing I like about Abr is that it is one of the few Reits that has beaten the s&p over past five years. Only reason to bail is if interest rates rise. Then dump fast but not gonna happen soon.

Growth Investor gave ABR an "A" and I saw the good dividend so I told my friend who uses a broker! My friend came back and told me that the broker says to not touch the stock with a ten foot back. They are in the secondary mortgage markets, the CEO makes 5M, and the stock is way risky to hold. How about that, is this broker giving good advice?

I guess those who were crying about the stock offering in March are biting their lips and loving the price movement now

Sold $175 million of five year notes @5%. Much better than issuing new equity.

So ARB is doing well, but why own this over Annaly (NLY) which is also an mREIT? NLY has a 9.7% yield which is 24% greater than ABR's yield.

JPM raises target price to $18 from 16.50. While I like seeing this in my account, at some point it becomes overbought as dividend yield is now down to 7.64%.

The market quickly absorbed the 7+ million shares and has now gone over the offering price. For those looking for any entry price or to add more on the dip, you missed the low. But still not too late to get in around 16 before it resumes it’s upward trend to 17. See you back at the top!

So they sell roughly $105mil of new stock. And the share price drops 4%, or about $75mil. By the time you add in commissions and selling shares below yesterday's share price, you maybe give up $7million. Not $75million. Which is why I put in a buy order to add to my position if shares drop a bit more.

Thanks for the cheap shares, I am sure it will reach 17 this year which will be 12% growth, add in the 8% dividend and I make 20% on my money, I am great with that.

Looking to buy into this REIT; do holders feel the dividend is secure? Seems to have done OK during the pandemic and should only go higher. Not interested much in share price, more the divvy for income. My math says that at this price, 3000 shares would give me almost $3700/ yr...not too shabby.

    today sold offering at 16/share

sold last offering 4+ months ago at 14/share

would not surprise me that the next offering in 6 months is at 18/share

Again listen to the last CC. They only raise capital when the calculations

show it will be accretive to earnings/ There pipeline is FULL
