Greg.....you're awful quiet here. Funny, only time you're here is when the stock price is falling. I do remember saying we would be near $30 at year-end. And, a dividend may be coming too......not such a bad stock after all, is it Greg. That's what I thought. Stick to your investing in JC Penney.

Note to Mary and mgmt team......please refrain from attending future investment conferences, like the Needham conference that you presented at yesterday. All that did was erode confidence in ACLS, as evidenced by the drop in share price from $30+ to $26 over the course of 24 hours. I've taken a $150k+ haircut on my ACLS holdings as a result. Meanwhile, we are down today, and AMAT is up again. C'mon Mary, you have to start to push the needle here for your shareholders. You had a huge opportunity yesterday to take advantage of the multiple upgrades across the semiconductor market, and you guys failed on this one. I hope Q4 '17 and Q1 '18 exceed expectations, because if they don't, this could be going back to $20/share. I hope the BOD stands up and holds the mgmt team to some level of accountability. The semi market is cyclical, and this run won't last forever....and for ACLS to be going backwards now in light of what is taking place, it's just not acceptable. If this was owned by private equity, this mgmt team would be gone.

Decent Q1 financial results, and OK guidance for Q2. I think it's safe to say they will hit their $450M goal in revenue in calendar year 2018. A good step in the right direction. Glad to see they are looking out at a longer term horizon with the move into Japan, and the possibility of significantly ramping revenues. Kudos to Puma for looking to push the needle here. Sitting on $140M in cash, might be time for the board to consider a nominal dividend in the next year or two. Show your shareholders some love.

I think at this point you just have to look at this with a 3 to 5 year time horizon with an eventual sale. I think the stock will appreciate with time.....but, the stock market is so irrational at times, like now, with semis beaten down, that it's hard to predict where this stock will go in terms of price. Based on Puma's comments yesterday, the semi market is not collapsing as some on Wall Street would like you to believe, so I think there is still value in play here. Expand into Japan, continue to improve on operating results, manage cash and expenses, and this could be a takeover down the road at $40+. Good luck to all.

$450M is not bad vs $445M expected. But, does this announcement trigger a concern for long-term competitiveness with its competitors?

Future sure looks bright here based on Q1 outcome and Q2 guidance. Kudos to Mary and team for positioning company well thru the Pandemic, and getting company ready for 5G and the IOT. Share buyback has been halted for now.....maybe it's time to roll out a small dividend to shareholders Mary. With 30M+ shares outstanding, something along the lines of a quarterly dividend of 5 cents doesn't seem overly obtrusive. Stock price should be north of $30 by end of year, and may be a possible buyout candidate within 5 years. Staying long here....

Says "EPS of .041 lagged the .042 average estimate of analysts surveyed by Capital IQ." Everywhere I saw the estimate was .36 for the Q.
